We are in the midst of rejuvenating one of Brantford's oldest manufacturing sites to create a wonderful community of artisans!

Watch as our vision unfolds!
Located in the West Brant community of Brantford, Ontario, we have 200,000 square feet of building space sprawled over 13 acres of land. Plenty of free parking will be available for customers and visitors to visit the site and see all things creative and interesting, all in one place! Work has already begun and continues to progress daily!

We have some small units and some large units available right now. The smaller spaces are filling up quickly, and more will be ready soon! Our Village already includes:

Our ambitious plan includes a future Craftsmen's Marketplace

This will be a venue for small artisans and artists to sell their creations to the buying public during weekends. Booths will be rented out on a monthly basis at a VERY low rate!

Strict criteria will be adhered to for entry into the Marketplace to ensure quality and handmade authenticity! We are hoping for a late summer kickoff, and a reservation list will be started soon.

Additional small studios will be built along the inside perimeter of the building and will overlook the Craftsmen's Marketplace.
